About these terms
These terms apply to purchases from Naija Naturals Ltd through this website, our payment links or an order agreed directly with us. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into the purchase.
Products and availability
We take reasonable care to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours, presentation and natural ingredients may vary slightly between batches. All orders are subject to availability. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, information is incorrect, delivery cannot be arranged or there is an obvious pricing error; any payment due back will be refunded.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery charges and any agreed extras are shown at checkout or confirmed before payment. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. An order is accepted when we confirm it, not merely when a payment attempt is made.
Fresh, chilled and personalised orders
Preparation dates, quantities, flavours, packaging and delivery arrangements for fresh, catering, event, personalised or bulk orders must be agreed in advance. Changes requested after preparation begins may not be possible and may involve additional cost.
Food safety and allergens
Follow all storage, use-by and preparation instructions supplied with the product. Read the ingredient and allergen information before consumption. Contact us before ordering if you have an allergy or intolerance. Never rely on website photographs alone for allergen decisions.
Delivery, cancellations and refunds
Our Delivery Information and Refund & Cancellation Policy form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.
Website use
Website content and Naija Naturals branding may not be copied or used commercially without permission. We aim to keep information available and accurate but cannot promise uninterrupted access. External services linked from the website operate under their own terms.
